Not sticky and actually hydrates AND moisturized skin I honestly love that this product doesn’t depend on hyaluronic acid for its hydrating power! There’s a time and a place for HA, but I often find that it can be sticky and if not formulated with enough other moisturizers in a body cream, can end up leaving me dehydrated. This gel is never sticky, and I feel like it “dries down” so it doesn’t slide around everywhere, but leaves a moisturized feel where the product was applied. The addition of squalane to the gel is essential to making it a well-rounded body moisturizer that doesn’t need a cream/oil added on top like hyaluronic body serums do. I've been diligently applying this product for three weeks. Each time it goes on I'm pleasantly surprised to see how quickly it sinks in to my skin. I don't think my legs have ever been so smooth and silky. I've always been self conscious about the way the skin on my legs looks and feels. Gel moisturizer has made it so I can run my hand up and down my leg without freaking out at my skin's tight, rough texture. I actually enjoy touching my own legs now! I’m always on the search for the best products and I have yet to find my lotion until now- this is the one! I’m so happy to have found this soothing and light moisturizer. I love the gel texture, especially when I’ve been in the sun or have just gotten out of the shower. It gives your skin a natural shine (I have a few tattoos and they look brighter), it dries quickly, and leaves a satin like finish. Most importantly, it’s natural, fragrance-free, and doesn’t feel like you’re piling on a lot of product. I can’t say enough good things about this moisturizer. I absolutely love this gel moisturizer. It absorbs so quickly into my skin and provides instant and lasting hydration. Hot tip: if you put it in the refrigerator before use it has a skin cooling effect which is really nice after a workout and I find that the gel absorbs even faster into the skin when it is refrigerated. Prior to using this formula, I used many different moisturizers, either lotions or creams, and I won't go back to them. This formulation does not leave a film on your skin and does not feel sticky at all. The formulation is gentle and you can use it on freshly shaved legs without any irritation whatsoever. My legs are so smooth as a result of using this product. This is my new go-to moisturizing product. It provides instant skincare gratification as well as lasting hydration results.
